These are Micheal's Victory quilt blocks from the Civil War era.  I am using them as a center piece for some applique vines and flowers.

Crochet, Beading and Ice Cream!

A sampler crochet.  100% Cotton yarns in any color I can get my hands on.

Chocolate Chip cookie bowls my daughter made.

I have taken up my beading with a renewed passion, I left it for almost a year I guess I was a little burned out.  So I'm refreshed and have returned to my beloved birds.  This one was partially finished when I took my hiatus.

I wish this picture portraits the deep colors.  I will take another photo today of my new progress.

A Needle Case and Sashiko

Here is a little something I have created.  With applique, hand piecing, and Sashiko hand quilting.

Photo copied fabric to cover the thread holders, a side pocket to hold a small project, scissor pocket and needle felt.
